This is new, just like the name says – you’re selling out of your Car’s Boot! It’s a British term – google it 😉

• These spots are closest to the Island Highway and are marked in blue– each vehicle/”spot” gets 1.5 parking spaces – which is about 13-14 feet.
• Oversize vehicles won’t fit into these spaces – however vehicles with trailers may un-hook here and occupy 2x spaces for $60 next to each other.
• There are 20x spaces available in this section.
• As the picture shows, we will fill this lane with every “other” space first, leaving a nice gap before the next car. After the first 10x vehicles are parked in every “other” space – we will fill the gaps between. If it’s not too busy – there will be some empty spots and more space to spread out. If it’s busy then each spot will be taken.
• The front of your tent/area is accessible to shoppers – the sides may not be accessible since your neighbor will be close to you. Set up accordingly.

To get started booking a weekly rental:

1. Choose your date from the drop down list below
2. Click “Add to Cart” to  add your booking to your shopping cart.
3. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of your screen to complete your order.

After clicking “Add to Cart” you’ll arrive at the Shopping Cart screen. There, you will provide some details about your items for sale and may request any other special considerations: such as sunny or shady spots, proximity to washrooms, additional space, etc. We can’t guarantee all special requests will be met – but we’ll do our very best! All set-up “spots” are on a first-come, first-served basis.
