All rented equipment must be checked for any damage and serviceability prior to use by the Vendor/Renter. All rented equipment must be returned to in the same condition it was originally given, clean, and dry. Please notify a team member of any damage or issues prior to taking possession and setting up. All sellers at the ARTISAN FARMERS Market are solely responsible for their products, selling area, and any rented tents/tables and attend at their own risk. West Coast Markets and Westshore Parks and Recreation are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of the site, products, rented equipment, or premises.
