We group all food vendors closest to the swap shop front gate and our concession for easy access!

Vendors are required to provide copies of VIHA certificates and insurance at the time of registration. Send all relevant documentation to westshoreswapshop@gmail.com – include your order number in the subject line and your name/business name.

Drop-in/ cash at the door options are not available for on-site food vendors – pre-payment and online registration is required.

Vendors selling pre-packaged food items and baked goods which do not require VIHA certification/insurance may book a drop zone/car boot/ or full length spot if desired.
